| Your annual account statement for the year ended 31 December 2020 is available for you to view on our website. This
document sets out your account balances, contributions made and allocated return. We’ve also included an estimate of your
income in retirement to help you work out if your savings are on track. Our Personal Retirement Planner is a great place to
start if you want to do some more-detailed retirement income planning. You can access it by signing in to your account on our
website. |

| How to view your statement |
| Sign in to your account using your member number and PIN/password. Your member number is [MemberNumber,fallback=].
Choose ‘Your super amount’ under the ‘Your super’ tab. You’ll see your member statements listed on the right-hand side of the
screen. You can reset your PIN/password online if you’ve forgotten it or by contacting the helpline. |

| Annual report, fund updates and financial statements |
| The 2020 annual report, fund updates and financial statements will be available to view online on 25 March 2021. They will be
posted on the Disclose Register and on our website. You are also entitled to receive a hard copy of these documents free of
charge. Call the helpline, and we’ll send them to you. |

| 2020 investment returns |
| COVID-19 dominated the investment story over the past year. Nevertheless, all our investment options performed reasonably
well. The following table shows the returns for our three main funds over the past year together with the average returns over
3, 5 and 10 years. Cash returned 0.78% (after tax at 28% and fees) for the year to 31 December 2020. |
